•		The product should be unopened, unused and undamaged and (as far as possible) packed in the original and undamaged packaging.

•		Products in which hygiene plays a role cannot be taken back.

•		We kindly ask you to send us an e-mail so that we can give return instructions.

•		The method of return is your choice and the costs are at your own expense.

•		If the package received is damaged during transport in such a way that the product can no longer be used, please report this as soon as possible via info@vet-direct.shop. You have until 24 hours after delivery to do so.

•		Describe clearly what the damage or defect is and add photos. Always mention the order number. We will make sure that this is resolved with you as soon as possible.

•		We also ask you to treat incomplete shipments in the way described above.

•		Returns will only be accepted if the items have been purchased via the Vet-Direct platform.
