An online payment via Mollie or Paypal we see immediately so we can process your order directly. A bank transfer takes a little longer before it is credited to our account.
If the order contains an item that is not in stock, we will wait until the order is complete.
Delivery of your order usually takes place the next working day within NL and BE. For the rest of Europe delivery will take about 2-3 weekdays.
Can I exchange a received product?
It is of course possible that you have ordered the wrong item. In that case, follow the return instructions. As soon as the return has been received, the amount paid will be refunded to your account.
